Due to changes to the sales tax system in Ontario to a combined provincial and federal sales tax (HST) all our prices now include any applicable taxes.
In order to keep our rates as low as possible, we will no longer be accepting VISA or Mastercard payments. Please pay deposits by cheque, money order or Interac online funds transfer. Final balances can be cash, cheque or money order.
2012 rates are still low. We have tried to keep them in line with the rates in 2009!

All cabin rates are in Canadian funds. All the above prices now include all applicable sales taxes. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.RESERVATIONS
Cabins book early, so please reserve for the summer by February 28, or sooner, to guarantee your booking.
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance due at check-in.
* Preference is given to weekly rentals during summer season (June 30 – September 3).
SPECIALS
** All long weekend prices are for a three night stay: Friday thru Sunday Nights, check-out Monday. 2012 long weekends: June 29 - July 2, Aug 31 - Sep 3, Oct 5 - 8. Three day Labor Day weekend rentals are based on availability, preference is given to weekly rentals - two night rentals are always available for Labor Day. We don't offer an August 1st long weekend package.
*** After Labor Day through the fall, and spring to June 30, rates are discounted 15% (excludes the Thanksgiving weekend - October 5 - 8). Canada Day weekend is at the summer rate.
In consideration of all our guests, no pets please.
CANCELLATION POLICY
With 60 days advance notice, your deposit will be refunded (less a $25 rebooking fee). Within 60 days we will endeavor to rent your cottage and refund your deposit; please give us as much notice as possible
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in for weekly stays, is after 3pm on Saturday. Check-out is the following Saturday before 10am.
SUNRISE LODGE POLICIES
Quiet time is after 11pm.
No excessive noise, loud music, or profane language ay any time.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children at all times.
Drive slowly. Children are playing.
We provide kithen linens (dish towels, etc), and blankets; guests are responsible to bring their own bed sheets and towels.
No pets please.
At Sunrise Lodge, included with your stay:
• Recreation Centre with a ping pong table and games.
• Laundry room and Hot Shower facilities
• Canoes and a pedal boat
• Docking for your boats
• Central area for bonfires, with a lake view
• Centrally located propane barbeque hut
• Swim Platform/Raft
• Freezer service for your fish
BOAT RENTALS *We no longer rent motors for our boats. However Birch Cliff Lodge offers a 10% discount for boat and motor to Sunrise Lodge guests. If you prefer, we can arrange to book a boat for you with Birch Cliff Lodge.
All boat rates are in Canadian funds, any applicable sales taxes included.
Life jackets and safety equipment are available. A $20 deposit is required for the safety kit, refundable upon return. Starting in 2009, all operators must carry a Canadian Coast Guard approved Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
